Setting/Finishing Application

I was wondering the correct steps for application. I prime, apply foundation and then set my makeup (Laura Mercier Loose Setting Powder). I then apply my bronzer and blush. I would like to apply finishing powder sometimes for special occasions, etc. My question is do you all apply the finishing powder after you have applied your bronzer and blush or before?

Do you find that your current application is powdery? You are using a lot of powder. Unless you're overly oily, you can probably get away with setting after you put on your other powders. I would only set your under eye area if using concealer, and then do a light dusting of finishing powder when you have everything applied.
