Recommendations for primer, foundation and setting spray

Need primer, foundation ( powder) preferably, and setting spray / powder recommendations.  By 10:00 am I am an oil slick. I also have rosacea / sensitive skin. Currently using: First Aid Beauty moisturizer, Make Up Forever primer, Pur minerals powder foundation, and MAC setting spray.
