Oily eye area

I wear a liquid eyeliner on my top lid with no problem. I don't like liquid under my eyes. But, I never have any luck with a pencil. It smudges within 10 minutes! Waterproof seems worse than regular. I use primer under my eyes and have tried setting powder. The pencil liners just end up smudging and sitting on top of the primer and powders. Does anybody know of a good eyeliner for oily eye areas?

@Alicenine my eyes can get oily.  Right now I use CLINIQUE Quickliner™ For Eyes Intense Eyeliner .  I use SEPHORA COLLECTION 12 Hour Contour Pencil Eyeliner on my waterline and used to use it on my lash line.  Revlon Color Stay in the pencil is also good at not budging.

@Alicenine, it used to be Marc Jacobs fineliner and their liner for me, but they are defunct now.  Rumored to be coming back, but no one knows when and what capacity.  Unless you can find one on a reseller site, I would still do a light layer of setting powder.  Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't because skin is skin. I think the KVD Beauty Tattoo Pencil Liner Waterproof Long-Wear Gel Eyeliner it's supposed to be close to the Marc Jacobs, but I haven't tried.

Sephora gel lip liners are also good, for lips, but they do have eye liners as well. SEPHORA COLLECTION Ultimate Gel Waterproof Eyeliner Pencil
