Blotting papers?

What brand of blotting papers do you like best? Is there any difference between drugstore or higher end blotting papers? Also, has anyone tried the blotting papers from Daiso? They're so inexpensive but how well do they work?

Blotting papers?

I'm inlove with these blotting tissues.

Re: Blotting papers?

Daiso’s are great. Just don’t get the one’s that have over 200 in a pack, the quality goes down and they’re really small.

RE: Blotting papers?

I love the Clean And Clear blotting papers. They are blue and they work great. I get them at Walgreens or CVS and the store brand versions work just as well. They really absorb oil like no other ones I’ve tried and without disturbing your makeup. I’m super oily and highly recommend these. 😃 I hope you can find them and they work for you.

@Rissa36,

I've tried a few of them and my favorites are the ones that are like this https://www.sephora.com/product/mattifying-blotting-films-P388013?skuId=1417286&icid2=products%20gri..., I find that they work the best!

A bit of paper towel or brown paper is effective and cheap.

Re: Blotting papers?

I've tried several different brands and have never noticed a performance difference in any of them, so I wouldn't spend more than I have to for blotting papers.

Re: Blotting papers?

Clear & Clear's blue papers work. Also adjusting my skincare helped cut down oil.

Blotting papers?

I just bought Invisimatte Blotting Paper by Fenty Beauty, worked really good for a hurry-up day and is very tiny so you can carry to everywhere

You are honestly going to laugh at me. I have horribly oily skin. I have tried every blotting paper on the market. The only thing that works for me are napkins from McDonalds. They soak up oil and I can reapply powder, good to go.

Re: Blotting papers?

@Rissa36 I love the Target brand ones.  The price is right for how quickly I go through them!

Re: Blotting papers?

Hi @Rissa36, I buy the sephora brand, which are pretty cheap and sometimes on sale.  They work well for me!
