We are excited to announce that as of this past weekend, we have started shipping to Canadian addresses from our new warehouse in Canada. By being able to ship directly within Canada, our clients will receive many new benefits, including faster processing and delivery times, elimination of duty charges and the addition of new brands and items to our Canadian product assortment. If there are certain favorites that appear to be out of stock, try searching for the product by name; in some cases the product item number for the product may just be different now. For other products that no longer appear on the site, we apologize that this is due to language compliance on packaging that is required to adhere to by law in order to ship within Canada. Please continue to check back as these products may become available again in the future.
Q: What are some of the brands that have been removed?
A: SK-II, select Murad, Peter Thomas Roth, and Kate Somerville acne and SPF products are not available for now, but we are working hard with all our brands to get their packaging Canada compliant so that we can offer them to you in the future.
Q: Which brands have been added?
A: We recently added shu uemera and Biotherm.
Q: Why are some brands no longer available on Sephora.ca but available in store?
A: Depending on the region, some Canadian stores may be able to carry these brands due to French language compliance. Store assortment is not affected. Please contact your store directly for specific product availability.
Q: How do I find out if Sephora.ca still carries the products I love?
A: Search by the product name as the product item number (that is used in your basket or love list) may have changed.
Q: Will I still be able to get early access or limited edition products and promotions?
A: Yes! We are working hard to get the hottest launches that are available and compliant for our Canadian clients.
Q: How much faster will I get my Sephora orders?
A: Much faster! Because we are now shipping from Canada, you save the time between our US distribution center to Canada.
Q: Do I still have to pay duty on my orders?
A: No duties are charged now that we’re delivering from Canada.
Q: What about returns?
A: If you aren’t happy with your products, returns are now free!
Q: Will this move affect my BI points?
A: Yes, actually. Your BI points on Sephora.ca will now be allocated based on the CAD list price, vs the USD price.
Will the minimum amount required to obtain a promo ever change??? Will it be like the US?
I would also like to know this! $50 for a deluxe sample? Get real, Sephora.

I laughed when I got the email for the mascara... That is NOT worth a $50 minimum. What are they thinking?!
I was coming here to say that… A NARS mascara sample, free with $50 purchase? Ridiculous.
I placed an order yesterday at 1:30 p.m. and it just arrived!!! That's one day vs. the 7 it used to take.

My first order also arrived in one day. (Mississauga to Toronto) My second order took three days, so the one day delivery may not always happen.

When will the free shipping minimum be lowered to $50?
Just about every product I've been interested in purchasing the past few days is "sold out." So does that mean it is just never going to be available to Canadians ever again!? I really want some becca and the new too faced blushes! What a joke Sephora.

Why didn't you give Canadian customers enough time to stock up on products before these changes were implemented? I love Drybar and depend on their dry shampoo - I would have bought as much of it as I could, as well as other brand's products.
This is just disrespectful to your Canadian customers. You cloak it as a great thing, but having eighty-eight brands disappear off the site just makes us feel like second-class clients. The poor communication about it is another matter entirely.

Why is it that I can order the PTR Skinstant Mask Magic trio but not the full size items separately? This whole process is getting so aggravating.
I have a question! The brand Drunk Elephant is not one of the ones listed above as unavailable in Canada, yet I cannot for the life of me find it on the Canadian Sephora site. I've tried searching the brand, the product name, and on my loves list it says it will not ship here. Does that mean it just not in stock yet, or is it also unavailable to Canadians? I know this is new so there might not be an answer but I thought I'd throw it out there!
