I don't feel like I see or hear enough about products I can buy more locally and getting anything from the States is sooo hard tbh

Cheekbone is Canadian. Sephora carries only a few select skus but there are way more. It’s a great brand that supports indigenous women.

Sephora doesn’t carry them (yet) but I’m a Day One customer of Vasanti Cosmetics, they’re 100% Canadian, and family owned.  Their face wash and Kajal eyeliners are unbeatable.

I enjoy Nudestix makeup @CynthieLu. Their products are very pigmented and long lasting. They offer a wide variety of products and skincare. They are based in Toronto. Occasionally they even have a pop up store. I feel that the pigment of their products are much better than the Milk Makeup.

It came as a surprise @CynthieLu. I purchased a few Nudestix items last year at Ulta but truthfully there isn’t much that excites me lately from them. I did build a cart but I’m not ready to pull the trigger.

Sometimes I feel like I have all of their entire makeup lines @CynthieLu . I didn’t care for their foundation but the various blushes, highlighters, eyeshadow sticks, and lipstick products are really good. Of course I have my personal favorites but Nudestix is amongst my favorites.

Out of all of them I am most drawn to the lavederish one one the left most last picture,  I think it must be half moon? I really like that one alot by the look of it 💜 🌙

You are correct @CynthieLu, it is half moon. Unfortunately you can only order it from Nudestix direct. I believe that I got mine in a Hillary Duff set maybe 5 years ago.

It’s true @CynthieLu. We hardy ever hear about Canadian brands. MAC and Deciem, the parent company of The Ordinary, both had their start in Canada. Both brands are under Estée Lauder now, so not truly Canadian anymore.

I'm excited to hear about something created,produced and amazing from right here.  Deciem's selling was regrettable to hear imo 😔
