Tips for Growing Strong Nails?

I just took off my acrylics and my natural nails have always been sooooo flimsy. Does anyone have any suggestions for how to grow stronger nails? Thanks in advance!

Suggestions...

• Always keep a base coat on your nails to help them get stronger. Even if you don't paint them with a nail color, keeping them protected helps. Sally Hansen has excellent base coats, but since your nails are thin right now... I would suggest using a strengthener like Nail Tek. At least to start. 
• Only use non-acetone polish removers. Pure acetone is horrible for your nails on a regular basis.
• Clip your nails every few weeks while they are getting stronger.
• Keep your cuticles moisturized.

Buy a good strengthening serum for nails, they are a bit pricey in drug stores but they are worth it. Also, use castor oil on your nails and try to get a cuticle oil too. Patience is key! They will keep breaking, keep cutting/filing them until they start growing stronger. Try to take Biotin. (I take the adult gummies, they taste good) but the Biotin pills are also good for you. You can find them at any pharmacy. Patience is keyyyy I say againnn! 🙂
