store credit

I returned a few items, i was fine with getting store credit because i know i’ll shop more, but i am literally not understanding why i am not able to place the items i want at the STORE since they don’t have my shade in any. and then pick up the next day using my store credit when i’m literally there. makes absolutely zero sense.

@kelpbitz a pick up in store option still rings up as an online order. What you can do is place your order for a product with the Sephora employee while in store and have them ship it to you if they don't carry your shade or the product that you want in store. As long as it's in stock online, the Sephora employee can order it for you and ship it to your house.

and by placing it online i mean placing it online with them, as then k told if i could use my store credit in that case if placing it with them in store but that couldn’t be done.

@kelpbitz oh really? that's surprising. I don't remember it being that way, but maybe it has changed since the last time I used one.

Unfortunately i was not told that, they said they were unable to do it in store. Placing it with an employee is what i also asked to do and they saiid i would have to wait till restocked.

like if i’m there and have my store credit in the store. i should still be able to place the order to the pick up the next day at the store.
