What am I doing wrong?

For context, I am not a makeup pro whatsoever and I have only recently started investing in good makeup. 
I have never perfected my go to makeup and tend to crease a lot under my eyes so I bought the Huda Beauty colour corrector, concealer and mini loose powder as I love her brand and what they stand for…but I am still facing the same issue. Granted it’s so much better and on some days, it’s perfect but on other days, my under eye is creased up. I am not sure what I am doing differently on some days, maybe it’s the sunscreen underneath, but I would really appreciate any advice I can get to ensure the most flawless look!

@daljeilani @Sephora employee here. The key to makeup looking good is skincare prep. Are you using makeup and skincare items catered to your skin type?
