Does anybody know some good water based blush’s? I have a fair/light skin tone and need a blush that won’t separate over the charlotte tilbury flawless filter and dior foundation. Either a cream or liquid.💗💗

I'm not sure if it's water-based, but I use and love the Drunk Elephant O-Bloos™ Rosi Glow Drops with Vitamin F and they work well over both the elf halo glow and the Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Flawless Filter .
