Recommendation for healthy natural glow makeup

I have a sensitive combo skin. So I donโ€™t want to put a lot on my face. Any suggestions?

Hey @Baovola

I also have sensitive skin, but it ebbs and flows between dry and combo in the summer. You have a great smile and natural glow already!

The best advice I can give is to look at the formulas you are using and get samples if possible to try out before. Avoid fragrance and avoid irritants. I often check Beautypedia for their reviews prior to purchasing because they will pick out things like fragrance and ingredients like natural seeming oils that can be irritating. Look for mineral SPF products as they can be less irritating.

I have had good luck with the Glossierโ€™s face tint. It is easy to use and very natural and not too dewy on my skin. I also like NARS Pure Radiant Tinted Moisturizer Broad Spectrum SPF 30 St. Moritz . You could also try BAREMINERALS - COMPLEXION RESCUEโ„ข Tinted Moisturizer Broad Spectrum SPF 30 but you might want to see if itโ€™s a good fit with your skin. Hourglass powders are great for setting makeup and give me a natural look and do not irritate. Not sure if you are looking for under eye concealer (I need it), I have found the best match for me to be MAC Studio Fix 24 hour concealer. For blush, I use again and Hourglass palette or Glossier Cloud paint.

Another item that I have a super hard time with is lip products because they often have flavor, fragrance or ingredients like lemon peel oil. SPF lip balm is even harder to find. I use Fenty lip glosses for a natural glow and finish and the fragrance and flavor hasnโ€™t irritated my lips. I also like Glossier lip gloss.

Hope this helps, good luck!

Re: Recommendation for healthy natural glow makeup

Sensitive skin is so aggravating (pardon the pun) when you want to "play makeups!", as I like to call it. On the bright side, you've been blessed with a beautiful complexion, so score one for you, girl! I think at least one person before me recommended Youth To The People Superberry Hydrate + Glow Dream Oil with Squalane and Antioxidants 1 oz / 30 ml  and I want to second that motion. It's worth every bit of the $44 price-- make sure to PRESS it into skin, not massage/rub and your skin will Ga-low even if you skip makeup (you have a makeup optional face, btw- score two for you) Also a CC cream or tinted moisturizer is all the coverage you need and most are buildable, you can go as light or heavy as needed. I love the Camera Ready line from SMASHBOX - Camera Ready BB Cream SPF 35 as well as BECCA - Light Shifter Brightening Concealer. Benefit is the J.A.M. for anything glow/highlight (also the epicenter of good mascara IMHO). Try BENEFIT COSMETICS - Hello, San FrancisGLOW! 'Glowin Downtown' Highlighter Kit which has a bunch of different tools you can use to get your glow to your ideal...wattage? I couldn't help that last one-- it needed to happen, forgive me!

Okay first off, just gotta say you are GORGEOUS!

Second, I highly recommend that if anything, use a tinted moisturizer or CC cream to not only provide coverage but also moisture that will give you that natural glow that you want!

IT Cosmetics has some of the most full coverage tinted moisturizers I have ever used! You can use one with illumination for the extra glow or go for their normal one which still provides dewiness!

@Baovola I absolutely love the  Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Flawless Filter 5 - Tan

You can use it on its own or mix with other products you own for a customized glow!

Thank you! Iโ€™ll give it a try

Re: Recommendation for healthy natural glow makeup

I received a gratis item @Baovola , which you may be interested in trying. LILAH B. - Aglowโ„ข Priming Oil is an easy item to use. Just one drop and pat it on your face. It will give you a beautiful glow from within. Another glow primer that I enjoy using is Charlotte Tilbury Wonderglow Face Primer 1.35 oz/ 40mL . You could wear either item with or without makeup.

Thank you!! Iโ€™ll give those two a shot
