@andrea0082  I have heard of some Ulta stores doing this with leftover gwps since their gwp promos ring up at one cent and then your coupon voids the cost.  However, my local Ultas do not allow us to buy leftovers - even when accidentally trying to use an expired promo coupon for an in stock gwp.  It is worth a try - you never know!

I have never heard of this happening at Sephora.  😞

I just got 7 little bottles at .5 oz of clinique hydro gel for a penny each at ulta. Soo it must be true
