New product? Makeup Match Brushes by Sephora Collection

A few weeks ago the Sephora Collection PRO brushes were on sale, and now I am seeing a new pink handles collection called Makeup Match brushes at a much more affordable price. What are these new makeup Match Match Brushes? 

 

Is this the new Sephora line? Is there a quality difference?

The Pro collection is the PRO line and the line you linked is the more budget friendly line.
