Need Prom Makeup Suggestions!

Hey guys! My sister asked me to do her makeup for prom and I am thrilled! However, I need new products for her probably so any suggestions would be welcome. Her prom dress is royal blue and she wants to stick with silver accent pieces. Any ideas for a eye look I can do on her or a lip color? She has a very fair complexion with pink undertones! Any help is appreciated.

If she likes a bold lip, a classic cool or neutral red would look beautiful! Then pair that with more subtle neutral brown shades with maybe a pale silver-y inner corner highlight?

If she's not a big makeup wearer or not a big fan of bold lips, then I would play up the eyes with a cool toned smokey look, possibly with a silver cut crease or half cut crease, paired with a neutral pink/nude MLBB kind of lip color.

Orrr if you wanted to do a matching eye HUDA BEAUTY - Obsessions Eyeshadow Palette - Sapphireis super pretty, though not as versatile. My favorite lipsticks are Nar's velvet lip glide, Marc Jacobs regular line, and Hourglass liquid matte colors. A blue red is a great suggestion, but I always preferred purpley berry shades myself (though I'd do nude if I went with a blue eye- I'm not crazy). Sephora Collection also has a mini eye palette with some silver shades for $10 you might want to check out

That dress is gorgeous. She looks like royalty. For a royal blue dress, I'd suggest a flawless complexion (she already has it!), a silver smoky eye and a classic red lip. For smoky eyes, I really love the Huda Beauty Obsessions Smokey Eyeshadow Palette. For a classic red lip, I really like the Pat McGrath Matte Trance Lipstick in Elson. It's a blue red that looks great on fair complexions.
