Makeup newbie seeks advice

Hi everyone,

I'm pretty much new to the whole makeup scene, but want to give it a try.

I tried following a makeup tutorial on Youtube, but would love some advice on where to begin.

Thanks!

Hanna

@Anonymous I personally think you should start with something easy to use, simple and fast. The main items youre gonna want to have consists of a foundation or tinted moisturizer, blush, and a lipstick or lip tint. I love milk makeup products since they give a no makeup makeup look that you can build up, it will leave you dewy and glowing. Bare minerals is also great. If youre looking for quick and easy makeup go for makeup sticks so foundation sticks, blush sticks, and highlighter sticks, with a few swipes youre good to go.

@Anonymous I would take a hands on class rather than follow a YouTube video. You will learn so much and faster with a hands on class.  Nordstrom, MAC and Sephora all offer these kind of classes for free you just have to ask.
