Hi guys, so I know its still early, but I am thinking about Halloween and looks, even if I don't do costumes anymore, I wanted to do a Harley Quinn look. What pallettes and colors would blend well? eyeshadows? blush? contouring ? highlight ?

Her foundation: Urban Decay Naked Skin

Contour & Highlight: Urban Decay Shapeshifter 

If I were to redo it I would use

Too Faced Boss Lady Beauty Agenda $58

In the shade Christmas Carol for Blue and Kat Von D Saint & Sinner Palette $62 in the shade stigmata for the red. These colors have some shimmer that'll add a pop of extra fun. Blush should be lighter for this look like the Will You Merry Me shade from the Too Faced palette. Any bold red lip would work.
