@maelicious  What do you mean by “dramatic in color”? Do you mean very pigmented color? Or are you looking for unconventional blush colors? 

My favorite blushes are still various shades of NARS - Blush: Outlaw, Exhibit A, 413 BLKR, Blissful, Taj Mahal, and Mata Hari, plus Queen and Penthouse from the Wanted II Cheek Palette. Next time I’m at a store that has NARS’s brand new single blush shades, I’ll probably buy one or two after swatching them. I love NARS powder blushes because they’re quite long-wearing. 

A very pigmented berry cream blush is inside NATASHA DENONA - Bloom Blush & Glow Palette. That’s another of my favorites. 

You could always try any highly pigmented matte eyeshadow as blush, or any cream lipstick.

Urban Decay blush in bittersweet is so lovely. It's a cool-tone blush.
