Foundation & primer combo

Spoiler

Hi friendsss! So Iโ€™ve been a matte foundation girly for yearssss (since a teen) Iโ€™m 30 now and my skin has become more combo/dry than oily and I just think the matte foundation ages me a bit. For the last couple years I have used the benefit porefressional primer and Charlotte tilbury primer but I really want to make the switch to more of a medium/buildable coverage non-matte primer. The thing is I still love full coverage, just donโ€™t feel like matte is looking great on my skin and I am getting patchy spots throughout the day.

If you have a holy grail or have made the switch as well, please recommend something non matte and please recommend the best primer to go with.

I love Armani luminous silk but just canโ€™t get behind the price. Other than that, Iโ€™ve tried a few different things but nothing has stuck.

I did like the haus labs but was struggling to find my shade.

I want my skin to look more hydrated but also I want it to be transfer resistant and long lasting. (I know, asking for a lot lol)

any advice is very appreciated๐Ÿค—

Re: Foundation & primer combo

@angelinii2 I know the price is high on the Armani. That was going to be my recommendation. I have tried different foundations and I find myself going back to it. Maybe look for a foundation with a satin finish? I also like KVD Beauty Good Apple Non-Comedogenic Full-Coverage Serum Foundation Light 012  . It is in a lower price range. I also mix the two together sometimes to get a better shade match!
