Difference?

I'm torn between the Laura Mercier radiance primer and the becca backlight priming filter, which would you recommend?? (I have dry skin with redness as a side note) I haven't seen either in person however I would prefer to just purchase 1 online. Thanks!!!!!!

Re: Difference?

The becca backlight!

Re: Difference?

I have combo skin - dry in winter, oilier in summer. I have tried all kinds of primers (!) and I think my favourites are between the LM radiance and Cover FX Illuminating ... they are practically the same IMO but I do think the LM is more hydrating so I tend to use it in the cooler months (not summer). It is the one primer I have actually purchased more than once, and like to always have on hand, whereas I often am trying other kinds only once before moving on if that means anything. (I usually have a couple  on the go at any one time). Lancôme has a nice one too if you like a more silicone slippery feel, but it is  a lot like Benefit pore-fessional and I don't find these kind keep my makeup lasting as long as the LM and Cover FX.

Re: Difference?

Hey I have dry skin as well! I tried the LM radiance primer in the past, but didn't find it did much. Don't get me wrong it's nice but I prefer the TF hangover primer as well, or if you want to save a few $$ the First Aid Beauty coconut primer. Both of these work well to keep me hydrated all day without looking greasy. They don't have a strong fragrance either which in nice on my sensitive skin.

Goodluck.

Re: Difference?

Hey there! I have combination skin but it is more on the dry side and those primers feel very greasy to me. I highly recommend you try the Too Faced Hangover Primer. It's so smooth, smells great and feels like a moisturizer. Perfect for dry skin. You can't go wrong with it.web_hangoverprimer_closed_2.jpg
