Am I the only person that can’t get the product to dispense? Is this why a recent batch has been on major sale everywhere? Images show that the balm/gloss comes out past the plastic casing - not a single one of the four I just purchased on sale do… so it scrapes across lips and doesn’t apply well at all

@ksettecasi   Oh, I haven’t had this issue.  Perhaps it is a batch issue cause they’ve been reliable for me every time i click down on the end. The only fault I could find in the Maracuja Juicy lips was that if you click too many times you can’t undo it.  
If it’s faulty packaging you should exchange it for one that works.
