Yes, Liv is the closest.

Top to bottom: the first one is Liv. The rest of them are Train Bleu, different intensity. ( On my very fair skin )

That's correct. It's out of stock online, but you may be able to find one by calling various Barneys or NARS boutiques.

There are 10 total NARS/Barney's exclusive shades in this range.

I found a swatch video that was quite good.  It is annotated, so it was easy to follow even though it was not in English.  Hope this helps.

The lipsticks do look quite different on everybody.  But it is still good to see it up close....

My absolute favorite is Charlotte. I have that one already and I LOVE LOVE LOVE it. It's one of the purest blood red lipsticks I've ever tried, I feel super awesome with it on.
