Lip scrubs

Hi

I bite my lips all the time. When I put lipstick on. You can see the bumpy not smooth lips. Looking for a lip scrub or product that can make my lips smooth!

Hi @StaciaAnna ! If your lips are damaged (sounds like they are), you should focus on healing that skin rather than exfoliating, which can worsen the problem. I recommend applying a good petrolatum-based lip balm to damp (with water, not saliva) lips to protect and promote lip healing. When your lips start looking smoother, then you can add a lip scrub to your routine—and keep it to maybe once ever one or two weeks, because lip skin is very thin. I exfoliate my lips just once or twice a month. You can also try using a lip oil to help your lips look and feel smoother. 

A cruelty-free lip scrub I like is ColourPop Lippie Scrub. It usually comes in various scents and some of them sell out quickly.

Oh I’m not scrubbing. I haven’t bought any scrubs yet. Probably won’t.
