Lip Moisturizers

I have been having a hard time finding a decent lip balm or gloss that moisturizes and hydrates my lips. My skin is very, very dry and sometimes flakes. Currently, my lips feel very dry, are somewhat flaky, and feel like they are burning. I live in a very dry climate which makes my lips feel even more dry. 

Can anyone suggest a moisturizing lip product that I can use daily that will help my dry, cracked lips? I need some relief!

I always use LANEIGE Lip Sleeping Mask – Intense Hydration Lip Treatment with Vitamin C Berry every night. I've noticed really big chances fast when I use it and love that it is light and not sticky. 

During the day, I stick to MILK MAKEUP - Triple The Kush Set kush lip balm or Too Face's Peach Mega Moisture Lip Balm. Both great choice and good value.
