I want to return The Ordinary lip balm

Today I bought a lip balm by The Ordinary, the one shaped kind of like a pear. I want to return it, I did not use it, I did not open it. It was the first box at the front of the shelf when I bought it so the box looked a little damaged but it’s not used, it looked like that already when I bought it. I bought it with a gift card from the mall where I was. Will my return be accepted? It’s my fist time shopping at Sephora so I don’t really know. Thank you!
