Dry, thin lips that lipstick fades

I have thin lips that are very dry from my allergies, etc. Lipsticks fade quickly and lip liners are needed but they dry out my lips. 

I'm hoping to find a silky lip liner so I can line slightly outside my lips and fill in the rest of my lips and then I'd like a close matching lip stain, lipstick, etc. to apply on top.

I prefer more of a natural, slightly rose or muted berry tone - nothing super bright. If I could find something that LASTS without caking, drying out my lips, or feeling too sticky I would be in makeup heaven.

hey! i recommed a lip tint or stain then line your lips as if you would a lip liner then use a tinted balm if youre having this problem

@DebraKriz I'm not big on stains, but have tagged some, there are some decent hydrating one and K-Beauty def has hydrating stains.
