On a budget I love the smiths rosebud salve for $6. It keeps my dry lips moisturized and adds barely a hint of color. For Splurge I love the Dior addict lip glow $33. It adds more color and works well as a balm and lip color.

VASELINE. It always keeps my lips moisturized and I can layer it over lipstick.

I have loved kiehl's #1 lip balm for years. I have very dry lips which crack and bleed. this has saved me so many times. my lips heal overnight with it.
