Beauty Insider Community Chat

I don't know if it just my settings or if Sephora made a change but they used to have the little beauty insider chat icon in the bottom right that was always showing.  So if i was looking at a specific lipstick and wanted to know if it was more bright pink or more neon pink, i could ask the question directly from the shopping page and then someone in the community could answer.  I was trying to use this feature and i can't find it anywhere...

Am i the only one?

@boldwake They got rid of the community chat feature earlier this year. Now, it's just a customer service chat unfortunately.
