I'm really liking Fenty Beauty's Mattemoiselle lipstick in Spanked. It's described as dusty rose, though your results will vary depending on your skin tone. Another option would be Rhubarb by Bite Beauty (Amuse Bouche lipstick). I can't think of many lipsticks that are under $20 that aren't drugstore or Sephora-braned, or on sale. I also really like NARS' Walkyrie (lip pencil), though that is maybe more of a terracotta.

I love the burtsbees lipstick in blush basin it is very natural but still pretty i wear it almost everyday unless I do a dramatic makeup look

I'd try a Tarte lip crayon first or Josie Maran lip(the color core surrounded in clear argan jacket) in rose or honey.
