Best under eye cream

Any recommendations for any inexpensive / affordable CLEAN under eye creams or brightening under eye cream/concealer for dark circles?

My top recommendation for an eye cream is the Shaishaishai Banana Eye Cream. The eye cream has 90% eye cream and 10% tint so when you apply it on your skin it also gives a color correcting effect. On lazy days when I skip makeup, I like to use it all over my face for a fresh, no-makeup glow.

@livistaa, I'm currently using haruharu wonder Black Rice Bakuchiol Eye Cream and have been pleased (and surprised) with how my under eye area looks less dark the morning after I use this. It has some ingredients that my skin really likes (bakuchiol, cica, collagen, ginseng, glycerin, to name a few) and it falls within the parameters you're looking for - affordable, clean, brightening Korean beauty skincare. I've taken "affordable" to mean under $25 - $30 USD - this retails for $22 USD (the brand is having a sale at the moment, so it would be less than that). 

Another good Kbeauty eye cream is the CosRX Advanced Snail Peptide Eye Cream which means most of the criteria you set out. It's $28 USD, but I don't believe it is considered "clean" though there's not really a standard, across-the-board definition for that when it comes to the beauty products.
