Hello @LaurieBT what is the monthly vib gift for Canadian VIB ? the viktor rolf vibpetals dors not work for Canada ... i don't always receive emails from Sephora and normally when I do its too late
I just noticed this as a perk of being a VIB but I never receive any emails with monthly gifts. I never receive any emails from Sephora except when I place an order
If you go to the store and ask they will give you a free gift 🤗 But some Sephoras depending on the employee will tell you there are no gifts. Which is not true Hope this helps!

I never receive monthly gifts as a rouge member, actually just noticed this was a thing last month and of course by the time I ordered something I missed out on it, but was still not shown what this months gift was upon processing my order or even before or after that time..
So I'm a VIB & PLAY! Subscriber. I need to make a purchase in store every month to get my bonus play points but order online to take advantage of the VIB monthly gifts? I need a sugar daddy! 😮

I have been going round and round with the community website, since it thinks I am not registered even though I am. I have never received the free gift code. The other codes (free with purchase) I have always received since I signed up with Sephora a couple of years ago, so those emails are obviously NOT the free monthly VIB & Rouge gift emails. LaurieBT, could you please fix my account settings so that I can receive the email for the actual FREE monthly gift? I would hate to have to go back to being just an Ulta client because of the issues my account seems to have on the Sephora system, but I simply do not have the time or patience to be constantly fighting with the server to prove I have a registered account or scrolling through the plethora of emails sent every few days by Sephora.

I too am having a similar problem like all these ladies. I have been a VIB Rouge for a year or two now and not once have I received any free gift with any of my online or in-store purchases. I went into the mall today to inquire and the employee said I must buy something online and I will be emailed about the gift. Except I have ordered online as a VIB Rouge and have not received any sort of email.

They aren't "free." They are gifts with purchase. I believe the current one for Rouge is picking one of 3 La Mer items with a $45 purchase. Check what your email settings with Sephora are.
