The "monthly gifts" are gifts with purchase. They have a minimum purchase of $35, usually, can only be redeemed once per person, and are available online only.

No monthly gifts lol it's just a small yearly sample sized gift. The free shipping is nice. If you're into samples and feeling exclusive then maybe it's worth it but not really. Working there is better u get full sized products, employee discounts and training from brand representatives.

Yes it's absolutely worth it. You get unlimited free makeup makeovers. You have to book ahead of time, you have two options. 45 minutes or 90 minutes. Not to mention the invitations to previews, brands, holiday collections.

The VIB and VIB Rouge perk is that twice a year we get a coupon for anything I'm the store with unlimited use for five days. It was that VIB would get 15% off and VIB Rouge would get 20% off, but now it's 15% for both, just Rouge gets it a week earlier. Also, I believe it was Rougecould still use their when VIB could, so they had ten days instead of 5, but now it's five days for each group. So in general, I think VIB is worth it, but not Rouge. Except if you like the stuff in the Bazaar.Your points do transfer over to the following year as Rouge, but I don'tthink that's the case for VIB - if you don't keep Rouge status, whatever points you haven't used will disappear at the end of the year. I still haven't found anything worth the points, so I'm still accumulating.

The VIB and VIB rouge choices are good I like free two day shipping, and early access overall I really like it!! Twice a year you do get a free gift this year was a good make up brush. Also a nice birthday gift

The monthly gifts are not free, at least I haven't seen any so far. Its usually gifts with purchase some which are exclusive to vib and vib rouge. You usually get an email about it
