Wrong samples for the 3rd time

Ok is it just my case or is anyone els also getting wrong samples? Its my 3rd order in a row that’s getting wrong samples like total out of the blue wrong…what is going on?????

 the other day I received my order of the sephora and with 35 dollars of purchase I choice thr hair sample bag kit and one of the  sample was missing I did not receive the detox dry shampoo as it said in the picture ! This happened to someone else? or just I did not receive that !?

it often happens to me too; they send me different samples  than the ones I choose

I too have been receiving samples I do not like/need/would ever try. I am really disappointed by Sephora's customer service. If they can't get their business together- they should stop deceiving people by offering them a choice of samples. It is really unpleasant to find something I did not want in the box and terrible customer service.GET IT TOGETHER, SEPHORA or throw in the towel!

I almost NEVER get the samples I request. Always garbage foundation I would never order or some obscure  perfume sample they couldn’t get rid of….at least they stopped sending me primer. When I got to Rouge status they didn’t even include any samples most of the time. I have a box full of junk samples I will never use. Policy suggestion: You should be able to send the 10 back you didn’t request and get the sample you actually requested.

Yes!! I have experienced the same thing, gotta say im a bit disappointed as well.Its nice to get samples, but I get my hopes up for the ones I selected and then...nope.They really should add in the promo " based on availability".

I have had just 1 or no samples at all.

Yes! Me to, it's the most frustrating thing but in my last five orders either they were substituted or left out all together, sephora's really dropped the ball on this.

I can understand how it can be disappointing @loveboy to find something f you want to try and get to select it. But on the bright side, at least you got the samples (I’ve had instances, especially when it used to be 3 samples rather than the 2 these days where I got none! I think they just ran out!)

 

I too sometimes get samples I didn’t choose but I’ve also come across products I like that I wouldn’t have thought to have tried. I hope you find something new that you like.

@loveboy @If they don’t have the ones you picked in stock they substitute it with others. It happens to me a lot. I’m just glad I get samples to try.
