Unable to load profile

Can anyone help me both my app and website don’t work on the app my profile won’t even load on the profile tab and this error pops up anytime I try to change my profile photo and on the website it won’t let me change anything on my profile and edit it. I’ve already tried reinstalling the app nothing is working 😞 I just wanna update my profile

Sorry to hear you're unable to access your profile, and thank you for sharing that you've tried deleting and redownloading the app. Have you tried signing out and signing back in on the desktop or mobile web experience and seeing if you can access from there (and not in the app)?

I have I even spoke to an online assistant I’ve tried everything now my profile loads on the app so happy about that but still running into issues with changing my profile photo and being able to add a bio 😞

Also try clearing you cache
