Samples

I chose a Summer Fridays  sample and a mask sample to test out and see how good they were. I was thinking wether or not i should buy the Summer Fridays and decided i should try the sample before buying the whole product. Waited for my package to deliver and checked and found samples that i did not order. I know its just samples but i got samples of the products i already own. Why would i need to sample them if i own them? And thats why i didn't choose those samples. I wouldn’t have minded the mixup of samples if they had let me know beforehand about me not getting samples of my choice. I do not really care about samples as they are just free samples but this time it really annoyed me. I recommend to fix this as if we are given the option to choose what sample then we should be delivered the sample we chose.

@malihaxparteek if you can get to a Sephora store, you can ask them to make a sample for you.   Remembering some products just can't be made into a sample i.e. mascara,  hair spray etc.

Hi, @malihaxparteek !  At the bottom of the samples selection screen it does say, "Note: Samples are subject to stock availability."

I received my order today, and one of my samples was replaced with a sample of a product I will not use even as a sample.  Oh, well.  I was disappointed not to get the Valentino Donna Born in Roma Green Stravaganza Eau de Parfum with Vanilla & Tea Accord 1 oz / 30 ml ... .  It happens, and it happens more during high purchasing times.

If you live near a store, go in and ask for the samples you were hoping to receive.
