Rouge rewards

Hi Everyone, 

I am still getting a hang of the reward system and just wanted to clarify something. So I’m a rouge member and wanted to ask that I heard we get a free 15 minute makeover session where we can ask any questions and get clarification on different products. Where can we book those?

Last time I called in they told me they don’t offer them anymore, they have smaller pay services but no more walk in consultations to focus on lashes, eyes, lips, or one area as they used to. This is a bummer and the agent who told me was rude. I hope Sephora improves their services maybe brings back pay in product makeup services or rouge benefits for makeup services as I have no incentive to go in when agents are casually rude and I no longer get my makeup done at the counter.

I think they may have discontinued it.
