I really don't understand how is it possible for ALL new rewards to be sold out in the first 2 seconds of dropping. I understand limited quantities, but for everything to be sold out that fast makes no sense. I was online at 11:55 est, waiting for noon. My bazaar page was completely blank, unavailable before noon. And once it was noon, EVERYTHING was sold out. Sometimes i wonder if all those "bigger" rewards are even real...very disappointing

The rewards are REAL. It shows you what points potential you are able to obtain  if you have unlimited Sephora credit card account. They will show often what points reward they offering at your category which you can make your selection. They can't offer you everything as FREE SAMPLES or Bazaar Rewards. The FREE SAMPLES they offer regularly changes on 24 hour time system. Most people think they will stay put for 1 week only to be disappointed when it changes. So the best way is to accumulate your points to certain level, i.e. 3,000 or 5,000 level, then shop what you see worth getting. If you don't see what is worth redeeming, then wait and see what else you can get at a later time. Your points NEVER EXPIRE so it will always be there so long as you have Sephora Beauty Insider account. I go to the Sephora Store often to see all the products not shown online and you are FREE to Browse. If you show your SEPHORA Credit Card to sales representative, they treat you very well and treat you like a VIP shopper because not too many customers have SEPHORA Credit Card as part of their credit system. Having Sephora CC tells the customer sales rep that you are a loyal Sephora beauty purchaser and corporate will treat you & offer you samples in the store where others don't get this special privileges. @Zlaz There's a very limited quantity of each reward. If you look on the Rewards Bazaar page, you'll see that there's say 75 or 150 or some but 1 of another (which are all low numbers considering how many Sephora shoppers there are). It can be really frustrating to not be able to snag a good reward you have your eye on. My best advice is to be on the ball with checking and hope to be lucky.

 

Check out Rewards Bazaar Trophy Room for success stories. I know a few of us have managed to be lucky. It just takes patience, unfortunately

@Zlaz @haleyvvvv , yesterday was particularly rough.  Some of them were just 5-8 in quantity.  I have been lucky (and was), but even I was like... This is madness, usually I feel that way when they promote it... But then they have less than 20 for these items.  You have to be there on the dot, unfortunately and really fast

I know this is very frustrating.  I refreshed for 45 minutes (I know sometimes it takes some time) and I didn't see any of the rewards except the Juliets Got A Gun package and that lasted 1 minute.  They should start a reward program like Ulta and available to people in Canada.  It's easier to get the $100 off than it is for merchandise
