Points expire

Hi my Sephora points expired but I would like to use it this month is there any way I get back my points to use and also redeem my birthday reward?

@Tish25  Points don’t expire as long as you have made a purchase or redeemed a reward or free birthday gift within the last year.  It looks like your private messages are currently turned off. @Tish25 @Per the terms and conditions of you have no activity on your account for a year you lose your points. For the bday gift you can just go in store and ask for it.
