Lacklustre Rewards Bazaar

Is it just me or have the Rewards Bazaar drops been kind of lacking in the past couple of weeks? I check it every Tuesday & Thursday right at 9AM and have been refreshing for the past half hour and today there was only one item i seen that was dropped and it was Juice Beauty set for 1500 points and I haven’t even seen the $100 Rewards drop at all today. I think one of the days last week they dropped a few items but I wait for Tuesday and Thursday to come and I’m always disappointed in the end. And I know it has nothing to do with items going fast or me missing the drop. 

Just curious if others are feeling the same way. 

I should also note that I’m from Canada 🇨🇦 and we definitely don’t get anywhere close to the kind of rewards that they are offering down in the USA 🇺🇸… which is be the disappointing… I know that once my app switched to US and I freaked when I saw the rewards suddenly filled up with all these goodies only to find out that I wasn’t able to redeem for them since it was switched to the wrong country!

Absolutely!! They have nothing to choose from anymore and less available!! Ulta points will always be better! Period!

I am glad you asked this question. I am based in Canada as well and it’s the same with me. I don’t see as many reward options as before. Earlier you could see lot of options whether they were sold out or not. Right now, it’s just very few and not a desirable variety. Besides the items in my cart have been going empty. I tried chatting with customer service and they said that the new software update has been causing issues and they were fixing it. However about rewards they said it should be working fine.

I too feel disappointed in the rewards. I also check the rewards first thing each month, and I wonder why items are ways “out of stock”.  The first day the new rewards are posted.

I think  I’ll stick with Ulta. As there I can actually use my points.

Edit: the $100 reward just dropped for today but that’s the only other item that dropped aside from the Juice Beauty set
