I am extremely frustrated. It’s noon eastern time. I logged on to the app around 7am this morning and then again about 30 minutes ago. The “special” that was available / on sale is of course out of stock. I would appreciate knowing what time the sales go up so that I can put a reminder on my calendar and perhaps have a chance to purchase a special.

@kristinafh Hey there, I can see how that can be very frustrating. In my experience, all the beauty offers/sales events usually go live at/around ~12am (midnight) within the pacific time zone and/or ~3am eastern standard time (in my time zone). This will be different for you depending on what part of the United States/Canada you are residing in. 

I currently have a thread going for a very similar 21 days of beauty sale that ULTA has going on which goes into detail about the product. Within my experience, I believe that ULTA is well more prepared with stock for their sales in comparison to Sephora which seems to oftentimes sell out by early morning/afternoon after going live. For example, the Clinique moisturizer that sold out almost immediately at Sephora will be repeated at the ULTA sale on January 22nd.
