Extraordinary Rewards Experience

Hi Everyone,

 

We wanted to take a moment to let you know that we are hearing your feedback regarding today’s Extraordinary Rewards experience. If we haven’t been able to respond to you personally yet, please know that we have read your feedback and definitely understand your frustration. The rewards sold out much quicker than we anticipated, so we were unable to send out the planned email or post to our social channels. We’re sorry if you missed out on these exciting rewards. The response has been overwhelming and we are happy to announce that there will be more extraordinary rewards coming this year.

someone else has mentioned that she got the lipstick in melted form and contacted CS. She was able to exchange her lipstick in store.

That is just atrocious. I'm very sorry keepra. How did someone overlook adding the LM reward to your order? And if it was no longer available, they should have refunded your points immediately, at the very least. They could've also sent an unsigned LM palette with your order but I suppose it's clear by now that Sephora isn't interested in rectifying mistakes in a way that would keep us happy.

Yes I did. She informed me that she was very sorry about the inconvenience and that she would refund me the points plus 500 extra. I don't intend on using any of my points for perks because I feel like that's unfair to everyone else who didn't get any so I think I'm just going to round up my unopened purchases and send it back to the warehouse. I hope Sephora registers a significantly lower profit margin so they start taking this seriously because I've already moved my business elsewhere 🙂

Wow 😞 I am so sorry. I hope they do something to make this right. Even if they don't address any other issues we have all had, I think this one takes the cake and they really need to address it appropriately. I hope it works out in the end for you.

Nooo noooo! I'm so mad right now for you! Ugh.

I hope they will do more than just give you points back. They have the actual products in stock so I'm crossing my fingers they will send you those in replacement or at least compensate you for the monetary value 😞

I was upset yesterday but I'm feeling fine now 🙂 They only gave me points back with 500 extra for "sorry for the inconvenience." I at least hope that someone else got that perk lol and I'm not too disheartened by it because it was the perk I was least excited about.

This is one of the worst things I've read thus far! But then again, they've screwed up so much that I figured this scenario was bound to happen. Sorry it happened to you. 😞

Yeah I sort of anticipated it happening to someone. I genuinely think they forgot to pack it or something because I placed my order quite early so I'm glad it went to someone else though 🙂

That's too bad keepra. You should call them and ask them to ship you the products as all products in the perk are available Separately. If exact sizes are not available it is Sephora's loss. Just in case if they try to simply return your points, Post it on all of their Social Media accounts like FB, twitter so on and they'll listen to you.

Honestly... I really don't want to put in that effort lol. I don't think Sephora is deserving of my effort and they've really worn me down these last couple of days. This event has also turned this board so negative, I think they're losing the best thing they had (BT).

You got the perk and they didn't send it to you?!  That's awful 😞

 

Especially since earlier today the LM perk was one of the ones that reappeared mysteriously and then went OOS again instantly.  Are all the perks that are reappearing going to be ones they could not manage to put into people's boxes?

I think they might've have forgotten it or left it out because my order was quite early and I don't think they ran out of inventory or anything so at least the perk went to someone else 🙂

I DID NOT get a SINGLE email. WTfreak? WOw. So much for being a ROUGE member with over 7,000 points!!
