I love seeing other peoples empties! So I decided to make a board where people could post pictures of their empties, or just tell us about them! I'd also be interested in knowing whether you're repurchasing anything or not.
j&j lavendar bubble bath
neostrata glycolic renewal cream 10%
tatcha luminous mist
josie Karan body butter
tcfs firming sheet mask
co2 black bubble pack and cleansing sheet mask
jill Stuart hair oil
Most of my Q4 2016 empties. IDK what happened to most of the packets.
I would use the Estee Lauder Nutritious cream, Aveda Damage Remedy, and Neutrogena Hydroboost Water Gel SPF 15 again.
I'm a regular user of the Estee Lauder foundation, Bumble & bumble spray, Laneige SPF, Biore strips, and Shiseido Bio-Performance .
Others in image: Laneige Water Bank serum, Shiseido Bio-Performance Super Eye Contour Cream, RoC Max Resurfacing Facial Cleanser, Target brand pore strip, Kiehl's Super Multi-Corrective Eye-Opening Serum, SK-II essence, Loreal Revitalift SPF 15, eos hand lotion in berry blossom.
Maybe one day, I'll be good about posting empties monthly, but for now, here is my stash from several months... (I'd also be more likely to be in-depth about my thoughts on the products, too)
Big fan of:
• Garnier micellar water - waterproof formula
• MISSHA Perfect Cover BB Cream
• Dr. Jart Beauty Balm & Water Drop Moisturizer
• UD Primer Potion
• Makeup Forever Excessive Lash Mascara
• YSL Black Opium
• Christophe Robin Regenerating Hair Mask (HATED how my hair felt after using this!!!!!)
• ACV by DP hue (it was okay, felt it's too expensive for how quickly I went through it, but I have long hair too)
january makeup empties!
things i'd repurchase in a second:
too faced hangover rx - heaven for my dry skin!
mufe ultra hd foundation
colourpop brow pencil
mac paint pots - soft ochre and morning frost - morning frost quickly became a fave and i'm sad i can't find it!
nars pencil in sex machine
essence lash princess mascara
dr jart bb - sooo gray!!!! so hard to make this work with my skin
colourpop liner - dried out so quickly & broke so easily
maybelline instant age rewind eraser makeup - thought it was the concealer until i actually purchased it - no returns - and got out and actually looked at it - found it cakey and super orange
These are my empties for January.loves
Algenist Overnight Restorative Cream
Loccitane Hand Cream
Philosophy Melon Daiquiri
Purity Made Simple
Peter Thomas Roth 24k Gold Mask
Too Cool For School Egg Cream Mask
Algenist Genius Vitamin C Serum
Sephora Argan/Avocado Hand Masks
Sephora Lavender Foot Mask
Caudalie Resveratrol Eye Lifting Balm- not moisturizing enough
Just ok- The Cle de peau cleanser is ok but nothing special just a basic foaming cleanser and the price is high for what you get.
The Darphin serum is soothing but very thin consistency more like toner or essence to me than a serum.
January Empties! These are less than December in part because I didn't get around to doing those until about a week into Jan, and partly because I've been going through some larger DS/FS skincare items in my ongoing quest to Finish All My Samples. But I do have a FS powder product, so that's something!
Loves: Have or would repurchase
Meh: Would use again but not buy/pay full price:
Nioxin shampoo & conditioner for fine hair: these were both tingly and menthol-y, without the anti-hair fall benefit I saw with Bumble&Bumble's Full Potential line. I like to leave my conditioner to work in my hair while I body wash, and with this my scalp was tingling and unhappy halfway through. No thanks.
Katy Kat mascara: awful applicator. I hate the ones that have gaps in the "teeth," and this was like that.
Maybelline Pushup mascara: either a bad formula or this one had dried out
Douce mascara: same as Katy Kat, bad applicator
Living Proof texture spray: used to love this, but it makes second-day hair a pain
Estee Lauder makeup remover: again, used to love it, but it's too finicky now. For best results (for me), you apply and then tissue off, but it's a pain with eye makeup and can sting.
NARS radiance primer (old formula): meh on radiance, BOO on texture. Made even reliable formulas sink into pores.
UD Vice Gubby lip foil: way too sheer, emphasized lip lines
Origins pre-mask face spray: It doesn't do anything a toner or other face spray wouldn't
Tartist lash paint: clumpy/flakey
Benefit Kabrow: color worked ok, but the whole included brush thing was meh. After a few applications it got really messy and detracted from the finished look. Part of it was that the DS version was too small for any other brush to fit into the pot, so the FS version might be worth it...but I have other, better brow products, so I'm not going to bother.
Tarteist Lip Paint in Namaste: bad formula. Not drying, but it separated on lips and this color was light enough to let natural lip color through, looked terrible.
AmorePacific BB Cushion: very sheer formula, and also really too dark for me
Philosophy Time in a Bottle: not enough product to comment on results, but I don't like when serums include tint/shimmer, it feels very gimmicky.
All of the products in the first row are staples that I've been using for awhile. The Neutrogena and Ren cleansers, Shea Moisture hand cream, and Fresh Seaberry face oil are products I like to use during the winter. I use the Lush lip scrub and Dr. Dennis Gross eye serum all year round.
-Algenist Anti-Aging Melting Cleanser-- I didn't care for this. I've used plenty of other melting-type cleansers that work much better.
-Simple Micellar Water-- This was just ok. I don't think I'll be repurchasing.
-Ole Henriksen Truth Cleansing Cloths-- I liked these, especially the citrus scent. I would buy again.
-Yes to Coconut Ultra Hydrating Facial Mask-- I like this mask for days when my normally oily skin is extremely dry due to the dry, cold winter air. I would repurchase to use during the winter when my skin needs an extra boost of moisture.
-Skinceuticals C E Ferulic serum-- I like this serum and I think my skin has been looking brighter since I've been using it. The bottle lasts a long time since it only takes about 4 drops to cover my entire face. I will probably repurchase again when I'm able to get it a a discounted price (as I did with this bottle), but not immediately. I'm planning on trying the Drunk Elephant vitamin c serum next.
Sorry for the fuzzy picture..here's a list.
Christophe Robin Cleansing Mask with Lemon - was amazing for my itchy dry winter scalp.
Belif True Cream Moisturizing Bomb
Drunk Elephant B-Hydra gel
PTR Laser Free Serum
Philosophy Time in a bottle for eyes
Nyx Micro Brow- probably one of my most repurchased items.
Two of the items I really disliked- the KateSomerville Wrinkle Warrior, too scented and did not like the silicone feel. The Whish deodorant - did not work, actually made things worse.
Delayed January Empties!
Kirkland Shampoo and Conditioner. Seriously better than any other brand I have tried.
Josie Maran Argan Oil Foundation - I don't usually wear foundation, but I love how hydrating this one was! Plus, the lighter colors work perfectly with my skin.
Tom Ford Orchid Soleil - when I first sprayed this sample on the card, I couldn't stand it. One morning, I accidentally put it on, and couldn't get over the smell. On me, it smells amazing. My fiancee even commented on it!
So glad to be finally rid of the sephora lipgloss (sticky, sticky, sticky), and the stila liquid lipstick (formula is fine, but the color was terrible on me!) Both from subscription boxes.
Algenist eye cream actually irritated my under eyes.
Manuka anti blemish serum - did nothing, and does not contain manuka. Lies, I tell you, lies!
Failed foundation samples - never the right color for me!
Goals for next month: to use up more of my crazy collection of perfume samples so I can justify buying a full size perfume I love.
First empties of the year!
All for January:
NEST Citrine -- Probably my favorite scent currently -- I have a rollerball and a 0.16 spray so I figured it was safe to use up this little guy. Fruity and slightly floral without being cloying.
Suave Clarifying Shampoo -- It’s $2 for a giant bottle, and it does what it’s supposed to do. I only use it once a week or so, so it doesn’t overdry my hair. And it’s $2.
YSL Vernis A Levres Vinyl Cream Lip Stain -- I absolutely loved shade 405 Explicit Pink. Very creamy, feels great on the lips, and has good staying power.
Josie Maran 100% Pure Argan Oil - This feel absolutely amazing. It immediately sinks into the skin, so your skin feels soft and smooth and not oily.
One Minute Manicure -- This stuff makes my hands so incredibly soft and smooth. The only downside, and it may have just been my bottle, is that it leaked oil EVERYWHERE. I had to store it in a ziploc bag, but it tipped over and all the oil leaked into the bag. I would definitely buy again, just hope that the packaging is better.
Tresemme Heat Tamer Leave-In Spray -- This is my second or third bottle; my hair is in good shape and I have no split ends, so I assume that means it’s working.
Tarte Empowered Hybrid Gel Foundation -- The coverage was good, the color match was good. I feel like it made my skin oilier faster, but I have oily skin so this isn’t anything I’m not used to dealing with. Would consider purchasing.
Marc Jacobs Daisy Dream -- Finished up this sample because I got the rollerball from the Sephora mascara sample set. It’s not my absolute favorite scent, but I like it for when I’m in a more floral mood.
Tarte Tarteist Mascara - I really like this mascara; not my favorite ever, but it’s high up there. I just really hate the tube. Will probably repurchase.
L’Occitane Almond Smoothing and Beautifying Milk Concentrate -- I love the smell of almond lotion, and this one was nice, but it was very similar to a lot of other cheaper lotions I have used, and the lotion itself didn’t seem to make my skin any smoother than any other lotion.
Make Up For Ever Step 1 Skin Equalizer Primer -- It was fine. It did blur my pores, and made my skin smooth, but in the exact same way that most primers do for me. I’ve got too many primers that are just as good to even think about purchasing one, especially when it doesn’t seem any better. WNP.
Tarte Amazonian Clay 12 Hour Foundation -- It was okay; the first few hours were good but it started to break up on my face as the day went on. I also felt like it was a bit too yellow, which is a problem I seem to have with Tarte foundations. I would try it again.
Smashbox Photo Finish Primer - It’s a primer. It works just fine. WNP as I have about 298374982374 more samples of Smashbox primers.
Origins Ginger Burst Savory Body Wash -- I love the smell of Origins ginger products, if I use anything other than my Neutrogena body wash my skin is not happy. So while it wasn’t bad, it was a fine enough body wash -- WNP.
Salt Suds Foaming Body Wash -- See review above, except this one doesn’t have the great ginger smell. WNP.
Ole Henriksen Truth Sugar Glow Polishing Mask -- It was fine. It did seem to brighten my face and left my skin soft, but I didn’t find it any better than other product I already use. WNP.
Soap and Glory One Heck of a Blot Powder -- It’s fine, but I don’t think it’s anything special, especially in regards to oil control. I keep using it because it has lasted me forever but I’d like to try something new. WNR.
Clarins Multi-Active Day Cream SPF 20 - It didn’t seem to do anything for my fine lines, but it felt nice. Have tons of moisturizers, WNP.
The Body Shop Tea Tree Skin Clearing Facial Wash -- This smelled so terrible, I couldn’t wait to rinse it off. The consistency was a bit strange to me, too. I liked that it didn’t seem to overdry my skin, but I just couldn’t handle the smell.
Ole Henriksen Pure Truth™ Melting Cleanser -- This did absolutely nothing for me -- it removed about 2% of my makeup and didn’t leave my skin feeling any more hydrated than before.
H2O Plus Oasis Hydrating Treatment -- Left my skin feeling sticky and it never felt like it really sunk into my skin. Their Hydrating Cream, however, is wonderful.
Replica Jazz Club -- Gross. Could not wash it off fast enough. A lot of reviews said that it was a great scent for men and women despite indicating it’s a men’s scent, but it’s definitely not for me.
GLAMGLOW YOUTHMUD™ Tinglexfoliate Treatment Mask -- I hated the application -- the little clumps of what are apparently tea leaves would ball up and fall all over my bathroom counter/floor, and rinsing it off was a pain. My skin felt really nice afterwards, but no better than other products I use.
Tatcha Indigo Soothing Rice Enzyme Powder - Ugh. Just, ugh. Didn’t feel good on, and my face didn’t feel any different after I washed it off. I like the classic version, though. WNP.
Juice Beauty Blemish Clearing Serum -- I only had a one use foil, so I don’t know if it would have worked better over time, but one use didn’t make any difference and it smelled like morning breath to me, which I did not enjoy. WNP.
Juice Beauty Green Apple Age Defy Moisturizer - Had the consistency of glue and was difficult to spread on my face. Once it was on, if you rubbed it, it pilled off. Plus it smelled terrible. Only used twice, I couldn’t finish it. WNP.
Dr. Andrew Weil for Origins Mega Mushroom Skin Relief Eye Serum -- I can’t really say how well this works as it was a foil so I only got 4 uses out of it. It was moisturizing, but I couldn’t tell anything other than that. I’ll just move on to the next eye sample because I have a million of them. WNP.
Tarte Tarteist Lip Crayon - I guess I really don’t know how well this works because this sample was so skinny and frail that it broke every time I tried to use it.
Unwash Bio-Cleansing Conditioner - The first time I used it I thought it was amazing, but every time after left my hair feeling greasy and unclean. WNP.
Degree Dryspray - It stopped spraying but that was okay because I hated it. WNP.
Ulta Plush Drama Mascara -- I found it clumpy and hard to apply, and it smudged a lot after a few hours. It’s possible that if I had dried it out a bit it would have been better, but I have too many better mascaras to use to bother trying to make this one work.
Peter Thomas Roth Blue Marine Algae Intensive Hydrating Mask -- This mask didn’t do anything to hydrate my skin. Or do much of anything, really. WNP.
Tarte Lights Camera Lashes -- I liked it at first but after 2 successful uses, it became incredibly clumpy and hard to apply evenly. If you spent enough time you could get rid of the clumps, but I have better mascaras that are less work. WNR.
Jergens Wet Skin Moisturizer -- I did not like anything about this. I was weird to apply, it was weird to towel off, and my legs didn’t even feel moisturized. Only used it once. WNP.
Mui Mui Eau de Parfum -- This one was nice at first, but after a few minutes it smelled too strongly of lily, which isn’t my favorite.
Origins Clear Improvement Detoxifying Charcoal Body Scrub -- I tried to use this coupled with the other Origins body wash on my back to help my skin, but it didn’t work. Plus the scrub was so thick I feel like it would take an entire bottle to do your body. WNP.
Algenist Complete Eye Renewal Balm - Did nothing for my undereye circles. WNP.
theBalm Balmsai Palette (not pictured) -- I typically love The Balm. Their blushes and their Nude Tude palette are very pigmented, but this one just...wasn’t.
Benefit Majorette -- I wanted this blush for quite a while, but once I finally bought it, it just sat in my drawer. Doesn’t show up well on my cheeks -- looks like I didn’t even put anything on.
Benefit High Beam -- I like this, but I’ve also had it for a million years and never reach for it since I bought the Mary Loumanizer.
Givenchy Rouge Interdit Vinyl Color Enhancing Lipstick in Noir Revelateur -- I got this as a 100 point perk at Sephora due to all the hype. It was too dark on me and only lasted about 5 minutes.
Rimmel Moisture Renew Clear Lip Liner -- Nothing wrong with this, but I had purchased the Urban Decay Ultimate Ozone Multipurpose Primer Pencil shortly after purchasing this and I like the thick size of it better, so I’m getting rid of this one.
Sephora Ultra Shine Lip Gloss - I didn’t really care for the shade on me. I also got tired of globs of red on the rims of my glasses. Felt nice though.
Burt’s Bees Tinted Lip Balm in Hibiscus -- It was lip balm, it was fine. But I have so many now and this one is a bit old so I’m getting rid of it. Probably WNR.
FRESH Vitamin Nectar Vibrancy-Boosting Face Mask -- I still can’t tell how I feel about this!! First off: the smell is AMAZING. So citrus-y and just wonderful. But...the fruit chunks. It feels so weird to rub on your face. They aren’t strong enough to exfoliate, so I’m not sure why they are in there, but it feels so strange in my hands that it’s almost a dealbreaker. If you don’t have a problem with weird textures, tho, I highly recommend it. My face did seem brighter after one use.
Smashbox Studio Skin Foundation and Concealer -- I’m undecided because there wasn’t enough foundation to cover my entire face, so I had to take it off so I didn’t go to work with half a face haha. I’d try it again, tho.
Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair Eye Cream -- I can’t really give an honest opinion on this one, as I only had a one use foil of it, so I don’t know how well it would work over time. The texture was nice, though, like a primer.
Delayed January empties...
This is my first time tracking empties via pics. Oh my goodness... how does everyone here do it!? I pushed myself to use more products, yet I've finished so little after a month. Well, realizing how long it takes me to finish products will definitely help me with my low buy this year!
The only product I'll be repurchasing is the Ole Henriksen Sheer Transformation (LOVE!). I'd like to repurchase the Biore Deep Cleansing Pore Strips as well, but I'm trying to move towards a CF collection. If anyone has any recommendations for pore strips from a CF brand, I'd appreciate it!
I'm late to post for january empties too.

These are actually December empties but I've been so busy and forgot to post!
Dr Dennis Gross Ferulic & Retinol: I've been in the mood of retrying old favorites and this is one item i remember really loving and not using for almost two years. This is fantastic for my post break out pigmentation. I'm using up a small trial size of another brand but can't wait to repurchase this one.
Skinfood Aloe Daily Sunscreen: love the texture of this and it doesn't leave a white cast. I'm just having a problem finding a place to purchase it.
Brand MD tretinoin: I got suckered into this at my dermatologist office. It wasn't effective as my original tretinoin even though it's the same percentage. I don't know it was the additional ingredients or it was just 'watered' down. Went back to my OG prescription tretinoin.
Everything else was kind of meh and didn't really leave much impression on me.
Diorshow mascara primer- makes even bad mascaras look okay!
Benefit roller girl x2- one was from work and drying up. My HG
florapy sunflower lemon sheet mask- smells great, fits great, small improvements.
ABH brow gel- like superhold for your brows
SR good genes- so much skin tone improvement
Ole Henriksen salt scrub- loved the lemongrass in this. Smells heavenly. Would repurchase on sale.
Davines Oi conditioner
Orbie supershine moisture cream- this is great on my hair and the scent stays just enough subtly.
Too cool for school egg mellow body butter- great on my sad winter skin.
Farmacy deep moisture sheet mask x3- Love these. Hydration for a couple days which is hard to find during cold, dry winters.
Sephora almond foot mask x2-
PTR 24K gold mask- I didn't like this at first but glad I gave it another try. Hydrating and works well with my skin.
PTR unwrinkle night- One of the few things I've found that I wake up with still hydrated skin.
Orbie dry texture spray- Works well with my hair
Milk makeup sunshine oil- Surprise love. Iffy on anything milk, but it mixed into my tinted moisturizer, BB/CC's really well for winter use.
Shisedo power infusing concentrate-
bobbi brown cleansing oil-
nude cleansing oil x2-
DDG AB peel regular-
DDG AB peel gentle x2-
Florapy hydration mask- not hydrating and felt really sticky when I took off.
Fresh black tea mask
Borghese body scrub
Body shop scrub
It cream- is okay on my face but I have things that are better. I use the jars as hand cream and it works great as such.
Farmacy sleep tight- I want to love this. It smells so relaxing and refreshing. Sometimes it works great and others it's meh and I can't pinpoint the trend.
Shisedo instant eye patches- They really work, for about 10 minutes (which is the intention) and then I look worse as the wrinkles creep back in. Probably an effect of them being minimized briefly but not my jam.
Dr. Brandt NNM- Doesn't do much for me.
Derm institute hydrating mask- not as hydrating as I'd hoped.
Tony moly green tea moisturizer- ok.
colbert MD cleanser
Ven effect lip treatment- reacted to this
Ren evercalm mask- also reacted to
Another successful month of using up. 41 empties this month. Would have liked to use more foils. I have a couple small getaways in March and looking forward to taking some foils and using more up.
January + February Empties
Loved: These items I either have already repurchased or purchased full size for first time).
Additional discussion and comments:
The DDG peel pads is a favorite of mine. The packet shown here is unopened. I use so many of these I can't bear to keep them for the purpose of photographing later.
Liked: I appreciated these, but may or may not repurchase.
Puff off: It worked. I tend to get enough sleep and such, so I don't really have issues with puffy eyes. I might revisit this one as allergy season approaches later this spring, but, there is an eye serum from Ahava that also does great at de-puffing (so, having a dedicated puff off product might not be necessary for me).
Revlon Cream Shadow: I love how easy these are to work with, but sadly, they just don't last long on me. They do have some novelty colors that would be an affordable and easy way to play with colors for a short-duration event, so it's on my "maybe some day" radar if the need arises.
Lancome lash primer/booster: Most days I don't even wear mascara, so I don't see myself bothering with a purchased lash primer. That being said, it did a great job. Any 100 pt perk or GWP of this stuff will be enjoyed, and I highly recommend this product for those of you who like big lashes.
Urban Decay lipstick: Old formula in "Naked". Was a great formula and color for me. I already have some dupes in different brands, but may revisit Naked in the new formula at some point in the future.
Tatcha Serum: I liked it. Sadly, I didn't get a full enough feel for it in the small foil to be compelled to purchase a full size.
Not for me: These were not for me. Lots of makeup products this time around because I cleaned out my collection.
Other makeup: In some cases, it was the formula (Color Pop too drying, Revlon crayon not long-lasting and bled on me, butter London too slippy), in other cases, the color was not great on me (MJ in So Sophia, Bite crayon in cafe). Either way, it's time for these to go.
That being said, if someone is really wanting this lot, PM me. The eco freak in me might want to see someone else enjoy them instead of sending to a landfill. The lazy in me only wants to go to the post office once, so it's an all-or-nothing thing.
Misc. "Not for me": Pixi eyeliners were nice & soft, but made my eyes itchy. Neutragena sunscreen had nice texture, but I've found some non-chemical ones I like too. Nothing was wrong with the Beauty Blender, but I'm just a fingers kinda gal for foundation application. I did cut it open for fun to see if it was nasty inside (it was pristine).
While I did discussion on some, I didn't cover all. I'm happy to answer any questions on omitted items.
- cosRX Hydra Power Essence
- bifesta Eye Makeup Remover
- Algenist Complete Eye Renewal Balm DS size
- First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Cream
- First Aid Beauty Deep Cleanser DS size
bifesta Eye Makeup Remover: A water based eye makeup remover that is the best i've ever used. Works on fiber mascara. I'm on my like 4th or 5th bottle of this now lol. Oil based ones never worked for me and gave me milia so this is a holy grail!
Algenist Complete Eye Renewal Balm: The deluxe sample size lasted me so long and I loved it. Maybe when I'm done with my current one I will repurchase this. The $68 price is so high for an eye cream But the one included in my Sephora Play Box was half the size and lasted me half a year, so worth it?
First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Cream: Already purchased a set from the holidays with 2 of these in it Love it as a night cream! Sinks in, moisturizes, doesn't break me out. A done deal.
First Aid Beauty Deep Cleanse: It's alright, I might repurchase it someday, but for now I like my Sunday Rules Ceramic Cleanser a lot more. This item did always make me feel really clean though! I feel after long term use, it will be more drying than the Ceramic Slip cleanser.
cosRX Hyda Essence: I don't feel like it provides enough moisture to my face. I am using the Whitening Power Essence by cosRX now and I feel it gives me more moisture, plus brightens up my scar spots on my face.
Here are my March empties! I don't have as many empties as I did last month, but I still have enough to share.
Sephora Collection Solid Brush Cleaner
Supergoop City Sunscreen Serum (SPF 30)
Peter Thomas Roth Cucumber Gel Mask
Harvey Prince Eau de parfum in Cleopatra
Ole Henriksen Nurture Me Cleansing Cloths
Peter Thomas Roth Irish Moor Mud Cleansing Gel
Besame Translucent Brightening Vanilla Powder
Peter Thomas Roth Rose Stem Mask
Ren Evercalm Anti-redness serum
BT is posting this sideways, sorry.
* PTR cucumber mask. It's so soothing.
* Jo Malone Nectarine Blossom & Honey body wash. A sample, and I wish I had the full size.
* Burberry Cat Lashes mascara in Midnight Blonde. I never buy FS mascaras because I always have a bunch from GWPs and point perks. But I caved three months ago and got this after a SA applied it on me. But soon after I opened my own tube, I realized what my biggest problem with this was: I hate the brush. The SA used a disposable spoolie, but this is one of those plastic bristle monstrosities that looks more like abstract art than a makeup tool. I used some disposable spoolies myself a few times, but I still didn't like how it applied. I also wasn't too impressed with the color. I got Midnight Blonde because I didn't want another black color, and this sounded even more unusual and lighter than brown mascara. Unfortunately, I couldn't really see a difference. If you'd told me this was jet black, I'd have believed you. Just about the only positive thing about this product is the square packaging. I didn't have to worry about it rolling off my vanity. I used it for three months, and counted the days until I could open a tube of something new.
OK: Everything else. A lot of these are staples that I'll repurchase, but don't have intense feelings for.
My first ever empties post. I decided to do mine in quarterly posts, since I don't go through that much stuff.
Belief Bergamot Herbal Extract Toner.- Did a really good job of keeping oil at bay.
Village Naturals Therapy aches and pains muscle relief. Very nice bath soak, helped
and smell wasn't very strong.
Sephora Green Tea Sleep Mask- Amazing. purifies for a matte, clean complexion.
Sephora Almond Foot Mask
Erborian Yuza Sorbet Light Emulsion. Not good enough on its own. Ok with my
Spalife Hydrating Facial Mask Volcanic ash + CoQ 10 . Did an ok job. Nothing
Art of Shaving Shaveing Cream. This lathered up nice, and helped with a good shave.
Dr. Brandt 3-D Lip Plumpfix PM-Did an ok job.
Art of Shaving Preshave Oil- I didn't like how it felt, seemed to do more harm than
Dr. Brandt 3-D Lip Plumpfix AM-no no no no.
Didn't Notice Anything-
StriVectin Advanced Retinol Night Moisturizer - Didn't notice anything.
Sephora Orchid Eye Mask.

Not as many as February, but 40 isn't bad!
BeautyBlender -- This one was starting to fall apart, but I already had a backup
Peter Thomas Roth Cucumber Gel Mask -- I’m not a fan of the other masks I’ve tried (24K Gold, blue one, and Moor Mud) because they didn’t seem to do much, but this one is fantastic for when my skin is irritated by a product/sunburned/etc. I keep it in the fridge and it instantly cools my face and soothes redness. Would repurchase this.
Pinrose Garden Gangster -- Loved this, would purchase.
Eva NYC Freshen Up Dry Shampoo -- I love the smell, and it’s works well, but it does seem like it takes more spray than other brands to work.
Eva NYC Surf’s Up! Texture Spray -- Smells great, works really well.
Juliette Has A Gun in Not A Perfume -- I actually really liked this scent, very light and clean. My only problem was that it didn’t seem to last very long on me at all. Got this as a promo and I would get it again, but I don’t think I would pay for it.
Supergoop City Sunscreen Serum SPF 30 x 2 -- I liked this, the texture was nice and it layered with other products nicely. Would use again, but I’ll probably try some drugstore sunscreens first.
Elizabeth Arden Superstart Skin Renewal Booster -- Too small of a sample to use more than twice so I can’t vouch for the effectiveness, but I liked the smell and the texture and it sunk nicely into my skin.Would be interested in trying a larger sample.
Ahava Dead Sea Osmoter Concentrate -- Too small of a sample to know how well it works over time, but smelled really nice and sunk into my skin nicely. I would be interested in trying a larger sample of this again.
Chanel Blue Serum - Same deal, I loved the smell and the texture was nice but it was too small of a sample to see any results.
DERMAdoctor Kakadu C Amethyst Clay Detox Mask -- I like charcoal masks and this was no exception. I’d pick it up if it was on sale.
Repiel Smart Hand Mask Milky Moisture -- I just like hands masks
Tony Moly Fresh Peppermint Foot Mask -- I just like foot masks, too
Philosophy Renewed Hope in a Jar -- I really liked how this sunk into my skin, was good moisture for the changing seasons. I would use this again.
Tatcha Radiant Deep Brightening Serum -- Not a large enough samples to know how it works over time, but it smelled nice and sunk in well. I would like to try it again.
AG Cleansing Cream -- No real opinion. It was fine but I wouldn’t use it again. WNP.
Sephora Bubble Mask -- It didn’t seem to do anything and it tickled me so much when the bubbles were popping! Felt gimmicky, WNP.
Benefit Porefessional -- I think this is finally my last sample of this! WNP.
L’Oreal Hydra Genius Daily Liquid Care - I liked the smell and it sunk into my skin nicely, but it didn’t really do anything for oil control. I’m stil kind of undecided on it.
Studio 35 Beauty Makeup Remover Towlettes -- Didn’t feel one way or the other about these. Might repurchase if they are in front of me and I need some.
Korres Greek Yoghurt Smoothie Priming Moisturizer -- Was not strong enough for my winter skin. I would have saved it to try in the summer but there was only 3 uses in it and it smelled gross.
Algenist GENIUS Ultimate Anti-Aging Vitamin C+ Serum -- I didn’t notice any difference.
AG Moisture Mask -- This was wayyyyyy too heavy duty for my fine hair; I used it on a Sunday night and 12 hours later it looked like I had slept in a vat of grease. WNP.
Sephora Collection LashCraft Length & Volume Mascara -- I feel like the only one who didn’t like this, but I’m also super picky about mascara. Clumpy, wet, and made my lashes look more sparse which is hard to do on a redhead. WNP.
Tarte Frixxtion Stick -- Like the dr. Brandt microdermabrasion from last month, this hurt my face. It felt fine when I applied it with the stick, but rubbing it in with my hands felt like little shards of glass. WNP.
L’oreal Oil with Sunscreen -- I use oil sometimes at night, but apparently I should not use them in the day. Grease slick by 9 am. WNP.
Shiseido White Lucent Anti-Dark Circle Eye Cream -- Somehow made my dark circles worse. WNP.
KMS Free Shape Hot Flex Spray -- My hair stylist said my ends looked like garbage after using this spray, so I think I’ll pass.
Shea Moisture Coconut & Hibiscus Curl Enhancing Smoothie -- Smelled so good but was way to heavy for my fine hair. WNP.
Ogx Quenching+ Coconut Curls Shampoo and Conditioner -- On the opposite side of the spectrum, this dried my curls and and made them frizzy. WNP.
Murad Rapid Age Spot and Pigment Lightening Serum - Saw zero results. WNP.
Burt's Bees Facial Cleansing Oil with Coconut and Argan Oils -- I have nightmares about this still haha! Completely ruined my face with oil and breakouts. I switched back to Origins and my skin is already going back to normal. NEVER AGAIN.
Clinique Pep-Start Hydroblur Moisturizer - I just don’t think Clinique and I are meant to get along. WNP.
Pinrose Cuddle Punk, Pillowtalk Poet, and Tambourine Dreamer -- Not for me.
