Birthday Gift Not Working

Why can't i choose a birthday gift, it just leads me to insider points products that i can choose if i earn certain points

I am having the same issue. I have $98 in my cart, it’s my birthday month and it leads me to the same page. Very frustrating.

yes and yes. apparently, im not the only one having problems with the birthday gifts.

Apparently not, but I got no emails of warning. I’ve been a long standing customer. Ulta points don’t expire en masse like this - they shouldn’t be able to wipe thousands of points.
