Birthday Freebie??

I signed up for Sephora Insider like about 2 years ago and I have never got an email or any freebie for my birthday. It shows my birthday on here accurately. Any ideas what may be happening?

They don't send you an email; you just walk into any Sephora store within one month of your birthday, and ask them for your birthday gift. No purchase necessary, and all that.
