App not working

Anyone else’s app not working? When I try to open it I keep getting a message saying the app has gotten a “mobile makeover” and I should update it. But I checked and it is up to date, and so is my iphone 6 software; I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, turning the phone off and on...nothin. This is obviously not any kind of emergency but seems like a pretty big glitch for such a major company

Mine is doing the same. On my tablet and phone. I have Uninstalled and reinstalled and it keeps saying it needs updated but won't let me.

Probably just a software thing. Nothing to freak out about. They’ll fix it. The BF designs apps for companies and the code can be quite finicky.

To add to this, they probably are working on the app and this time of day is lower traffic based on use data. When code is being tinkered with sometimes there are hiccups. It’ll get all sorted out.

I have the same issue! Came here to see if I’m not alone in this. I updated the app on my iPhone tonight. I tried leaving a review on the app to warn others about the update but it doesn’t show up in the reviews.

I wasn’t even given the option not to update! Was update or close app. Lol I guess my bank account and I can be friends until this is resolved

Same! I’m so annoyed. All I want to do is shop, and the app isn’t working! Gahhh. Hope they get it fixed ASAP.
