Adding points after purchase

I bought something at a Sephora yesterday and I don’t think the points from the purchase were added to my account since the item isn’t showing up in my purchase history. If I still have the receipt, can the points be added?

@madeleineawood call customer service they should be able to help you.  You will need your receipt or email.  I have always found them to be extremely helpful
