Did anyone actually get the Jo Malone gift? I ordered it, and I only got the stinky body wash, not the body creme, which was the only reason I ordered it (and I had to talk to THREE separate CSRs to get 100 points as compensation for the missing item.) There are so few actual perks for being a Rouge. Why do I have to work so hard to get something back for an item I ordered and didn't receive? Sheesh!

@Harobedb , Same. Altho I didn't contact Sephora about it. Didn't think it would be worth my time - or sanity. One thing I will say - the false advertising is getting a bit old.

@Harobedb @That same thing happened to me. I didn’t want the points so they reshipped it and it was still the body wash. They said something was wrong with the sku. They asked me if I wanted points but I asked them if I could get another sample instead. So now I have the Jo Malone perfume coming my way.  Fingers crossed.
