Oh man that stinks, i placed an order around midnight for those same items from the promo code. the order still hasn't shipped which is very very odd.  my orders normally ship within a few hrs. now im scared.

@darkiceis A few times I've had orders held up for promos that I received when they were being canceled left and right for other people, so it's not automatically bad! Fingers crossed

@gingerleigh thanks, but I've realized it's par for the course lately. If Sephora actually fills one of my orders, they cancel the promo or leave out my samples (or both). More often than not, they just cancel my whole order completely, so I guess I should be grateful to at least get the stuff I paid for every now and again...  😕

Ulta never cancels orders or forgets your freebies.  Ulta is better than sephora that way for sure.

Um- Ulta forgot my freebies with my last order.

I have also heard that Ulta sometimes suspends customers online accounts (without warning or a good reason) so that if they want to shop at Ulta, they have to do it in store.

Ulta has problems just like Sephora does.
