A Gratis Box for me!!!! Thanks Sephora!!

I can’t believe this!! I am soooo honored! Thank you so much to the entire Sephora team and @KatieBT for considering me to receive this amazing Gratis Box!! I wasn’t sure where to post my appreciation of this box, but I figured that since I received it due to my involvement in the Insider community, it should be a thread on the Insider page??!!! I have known about Sephora for a reaaaalllly long time, shopped periodically over the years. I really only joined the Sephora culture in February. I didn’t even know the Insider community existed until then, and am now hard-core into it!! Lol. I am learning make-up and skincare, as I go! Until February I only owned as much makeup as fit inside 1 cloth makeup bag...now I have 6 drawers of makeup and a makeup table in my dressing area!!! But, truly Sephora, thank you from the bottom of my heart for noticing the time and effort I have taken in developing my new makeup hobby!! This box made me sooo happy and I truly appreciate that Sephora considered me to receive it! I was so excited that I immediately started using the items, so everyone stay tuned for my reviews!

First review of my box and I have to say I used the Olaplex shampoo and conditioner yesterday and nothing today.  The shampoo and conditioner are amazing!!  I have always used high end hair products.  I am Indian.  My skin is thick and wavy and has texture and I line in South Florida so I deal with humidity and frizz!  The Olaplex shampoo and conditioner have a lovely creamy consistency that coated my hair and felt rich and had a light floral/honey scent that was not overpowering at all.  Almost like honeysuckle flowers or apple blossom?? Very summery!  The shampoo lathered beautifully but did not get overly sudsy.  The lather was very moisture-rich.  The conditioner coated well and my hair felt clean and totally snag free and honestly, I didn’t even use a hairbrush!  No knots or tangles at all!  Ran my fingers through my hair, airdried and added a twinge of anti-frizz serum!  My hair was light and bouncy all day and had a gorgeous shine!  Day 2 is less bouncy but still has shine and smells and feels clean!

I have been thinking about trying the Ola Plex line as I am a diehard Alterna brand. Hard to change except when you see people in the community you actually care about the review that they’re publishing.

Congrats @KrishAtl  I can't wait to hear your reviews.  I think I started looking at the Sephora BIC in October or November, and found it to be a lovely community.  I've always been super jealous of anyone who gets gratis.  I just got a notification from UPS I'm getting a package from Sephora so wondering if I will get the same thing.  In any event, enjoy the products and provide detailed reviews!  I value BIC reviews highly given some of the fake or falsely inflated reviews that are out there.

Thanks @sprocketta!  I know what you mean about Gratis boxes!  I saw someone show off their Gratis box back in early spring and thought how cool it was and that it would never happen to me!! My fingers crossed that you get one soon!  It’s so lovely to be appreciated by a company for your loyalty!  I can’t think of a single other company that does something like this for their loyal patrons!
