What is the Beauty Insider Reward Card?
The Beauty Insider Reward Card Offer is a holiday promotion offering Beauty Insiders a reward card for $15 off of any merchandise purchase of $50 or more, Very Important Beauty Insiders (VIBs) $20 off of any purchase of $50 or more, and VIB Rouge clients $25 off of any purchase of $50 or more. Beauty Insiders can use their reward card from 12/2 - 12/13 and VIB and Rouge clients can use theirs from 12/2 - 12/14.
How do I get my offer if I’m a Beauty Insider but haven’t received my 2016 Holiday Reward Card yet?
The holiday reward cards will start being emailed to Beauty Insiders, VIBs, and Rouge clients on December 2nd. If you have not received your reward card by December 3rd, please check your email's spam folder to see if it was filtered there. You can also call us at 1-877-737-4672 to verify your account status. Representatives are available to assist you from 6am to 9pm PST Monday-Friday and 8am to 7pm PST Saturday and Sunday.
How do I enter my reward card on Sephora.com?
Can I add my reward card to my Passbook?
Yes, you have the option to add your reward card to your Passbook on your mobile device from your reward card email. You must be opted into our emails to receive your reward card email.
When do the reward cards expire?
The BI $15 off reward card is good on all merchandise purchases from December 2 – December 13. The VIB $20 / VIB Rouge $25 reward card is good from December 2 – December 14. VIBs / Rouge get one extra day to shop.
Can I use my Beauty Insider Reward Card Offer online and in stores?
Yes, the holiday Reward card can be redeemed one time either online or in store.
Can you combine my Beauty Insider reward card with my regular Gift Card?
No, the cards cannot be merged.
Can I use more than one Beauty Insider reward card?
No, the cards cannot be combined.
Can I split up my Reward Card into two transactions?
No, the entire reward card value must be consumed in one transaction.
Can I use my Reward Card more than once?
No, the holiday promotional reward card is a one-time-use-only reward card valid for one shopping transaction at any U.S. and Canadian Sephora store, online, or Sephora Inside JCP only.
Can I combine my Reward Card with another promotional discount?
No, the holiday reward card may not be combined with any other promotional discounts.
Is there a minimum spend with the Beauty Insider Reward Card Offer?
Yes, the reward card can only be redeemed with a merchandise purchase $50 or higher.

I didn't get my VIB holiday reward card so I contacted Sephora via chat and this is the response I got, "Our Holiday Reward Card was sent out to our Beauty Insider and VIB clients who were subscribed to Beauty Insider promotional emails on or before 11/27/16. It appears that you were not subscribed to our Promotional Emails, for this reason you did not receive a Holiday Reward Card." It seems ridiculous that I had to subscribe to promotion emails even though I am on their list as a VIB. The only option was to order by phone which I refuse to do. Apparently, there is no other way to issue the rewards.
After this experience, I am more inclined to shop at another beauty store that offers an annual 20% sale, provides cash rewards and was able to issue me a e-gift card when they weren't sure whether a promotion would still qualify if I returned the item.
The funny thing is I get all of sephora's spam emails about new point perks and promos, but I still didn't get the email! Maybe those are their TOS to get the $25 but they definitely had a FU on the actual execution on their end.

Did they advertise this arbitrary deadline?
Before hand? I don't recall seeing anything. Now, of course, I do see the fine print. But their advertisements are kind of null and void since they have so much trouble following up on doing the things they say they're going to do.
I didn't get the email so I called today to ask can what was up. They said the email had not been sent and they could not send it to me and that I would have to place my order over the phone. I stressed that I much prefer to order stuff online. Just like any other millennial I despise human interaction. 😂 Lol. So he put me on hold and found a work around for me which is nice but this pretty disappointing service. Not on the customer services rep part but on Sephora corporate's part. I don't want to dig for a solution and quite frankly it was a waste of my 10 mins. Maybe Sephora needs to start poaching Nordstrom or ulta's loyalty program management team because the Sephora team is dropping the ball left and right.
It is a joke that my bonus for being rouge/Vib is that I get to shop a day early and then I don't actually get to shop a day earlier.
Hi, wanted to add my experience w/ this in case it helps someone else out. I checked my email today for the $20 off promo and realized that I hadn't received any Sephora emails since I re-qualified for VIB at a SiJCP on Nov. 14th. I checked my Sephora account and noticed that I was showing as unsubscribed from all emails AND postal mail (despite receiving the advance-notice postcard a few days ago).
I called customer service and the rep was...not exactly rude, but acted like he did not believe me. He said that the promo was for email subscribers only. When I explained that I had somehow been unsubscribed without my knowledge, I had to verify pretty much all my info except for my credit card number. Shipping address, zip code, etc. Finally he reluctantly gave me a gift card number and pin (yay!), along with a lecture about how I need to subscribe to emails because they "can't always appease [me]."
So I would say if you haven't received the email, maybe check your subscription preferences, especially if you recently re-qualified in store. I've never been unsubscribed from an email list before without my knowledge. And it's worth it to call customer service...even if they do act like you're trying to pull one over on them. 😕
Edited to say that I am VIB this year, not Rouge...although my profile seems to be stuck in the past, lol.
@sarahbethabs sorry you had that experience. As far as I know, the coupon isn't only for email subribers because they get sent out via snail mail too. He was absolutely wrong in saying that to you.
reading all this makes me feel terrible!! I got my $15 right away and placed on order. I wonder why the system is glitching/delayed so much for Rouge
I received an email twice with a code I cannot use. I became a vib rouge on the 18 of November, 4 days after their cut off, So my code is for vib but I can't use it being a vib rouge and now I have to call, I'm grateful for the discount but I really hate calling customer service, or anyone for that matter. I'm glad I googled what to do because I sent an email to customer service on the 2nd and never got a response, though by the looks of it they must be pretty busy!

If you don't have yours yet call customwr service and they will give it to you. Be sure to ask for the reward card number and pin, you use that like a gift card at checkout so you can still use a promo code too

I wish I could figure out there email system, too. I never get them ever. I've spent thousands this year (I know, way too much) and even after contacting customer service still no emails about sales or promos. I wish I felt like they cared but they don't. Sometimes it makes me feel foolish to spend thousands when I'm not sure they care either way....
