HeY YALL

I am on the hunt for the best primer and setting spray to last all day, I work in a school and that school air dries your skin and flaks your makeup off like nothing. PLS HELP!!

I just bought the One Size setting spray and I am completely shook at how this set my makeup the last 8 hours. I have dry to normal skin. I prime my face with Naturium Sunscreen, do concealer, then Laura Mercier oil free tinted moisturizer/sunscreen again for the color. Set my makeup with Laura Mercier honey powder, then I do blush at the end and lips. Usually, in this weather lately I’ve been sweating my makeup off. HOWEVER, I did this same thing and sprayed my face this morning with the One Size setting spray mini. I did not break a sweat once today and it looked good as the day progressed. I am so shook at how good it worked that I am going to buy the big one and incorporate this into my routine. I will say it lowkey reminds me of hairspray due to the smell but it was worth the results. 10/10.

I love Danessa Myricks Beauty Yummy Skin Blurring Balm Powder - Tinted Primer & Foundation Universal for my primer, after my Glow Recipe Mini Watermelon Glow Niacinamide Dew Drops 0.5 oz / 15 mL

I see alot of others have mentioned it but Charlotte Tilbury Mini Airbrush Flawless Setting Spray 1.1 oz/ 34 ml is an amazing product.

for a slightly cheaper primer i love the rare beauty primers, it keeps my skin hydrated but also doesn’t feel greasy, and the Anastasia setting sprays keep my skin hydrated but my makeup on all day.

Note: I would look at adding hyaluronic acid to your moisturizers for dry skin, the ordinary makes a hyaluronic acid serum for under $10 and it is my favorite!

Also, how’s your skincare routine? If you’re getting dry in the middle of work, it might mean finding something more hydrating. I work at a school too, and while I don’t wear makeup to work, I find it really dry in the building. I have a mini skincare routine to refresh my face and help me get through the day when it’s overly dry inside.
